Now linking this at HDB flats at 1545hrs, will you be seeing residents using ALL the facilities? Not just that, the residents are also doing Tai Chi at this hour! (Usually Tai Chi is done early in the morning.) So this is indeed baffling! All the HDB facilities are used at the 1545hr timing?
